Na share ng partner ko na in his early 20s na ayaw niya ma burnout sa part time niya. Ang siste kasi is that he is a Electrical Engineer graduate. Kakagraduate lang niya this September (alam niyo na kung anong skul) so he need to attend a review center until sa next exam come April of next year.

Since I am a manager and a senior, my "circle" is pretty much constrained sa same-rank or higher na mga tao. I have direct reports below me and wala naman akong problema sa kanila.
