First time poster here, what's up. I was wondering-- there seems to be a certain kind of phrase in English, usually sort of casual or cutesy, that consists of two words ending in a -y sound. Off the top of my head, I can think of topsy-turvy, oopsie-daisy, hunky-dory, and I guess okie-dokie.

Does this kind of construction have a name? Or if not, does anyone have any other examples?
