I knew going into valheim solo was gonna be hard. i played through when yag was the final boss. after a few hours i had to enable "keep equipped items" on death. after a few ocean trips i had to turn on bringing metal through portals. having to build functional bases in every biome solo was just going to add artificial playtime.

a LOT of the difficulty of this game feels artificial. not sure thats the right word. the eternal stick of butter on your boots that make every incline a scooby doo parody. getting pushed off ledges by a mosquito when you're a full grown man wearing plate armor. i feel like 80% of my deaths the real enemy i was fighting was the landscape.

now i'm about 80 hours in

I have a model i colored and printed just fine. i took the same model in the same slicer instance without changing anything else and mirrored it along the x axis and resent it to the printer to make the 2nd one.

This second one had an unexpected filament unload at like 75% on toolhead 4. i heard the beeping and went through the unload reload filament process and apart from it purging a LOT more than it needed to on its return to the purge tower after the reload everything printed find after. i assume the extra large purge was the printer expected the filament to still be retracted after it picked up toolhead 4.

i sliced the parts last night again but with both the original and the x-axis

It feels like every single line is book-ended with 0.5-1.5 second pauses.

Seems unnatural and slows the story elements down to a trudge through unnecessary lines and 30 camera angle changes to get the bits of relevant story.

Heaven forbid you skip the pre-rendered ones because you'll be sitting around a campfire talking about flowers then after the skip you'll be in a blood covered murder den with a giant spider mid swing

looking for a place with monthly subscription plans for unlimited washes. has to have undercarriage rinse for the salt.

the two places i was looking at nearby were ultimate shine in dunbar and the new joe holland wash near the mound. both are around 30/month for the plan i'd need.

any other names i should look into?

My eye doctors office steered me away from the silhouette clipons for my frames because they only clip at the bridge which is an already weak spot and she said most people havent liked the ones they have sold.

i have the frameless ones with the smell rectangle lenses and non-hinged earpieces. since they're so lightweight and the earpieces are so thin i've just been wearing a second pair of random freebie sunglasses over them when i drive but i'd like a better option. anyone have any clipons they found that might work or should i invest in one of those elderly people terminator sunglasses to just wear over mine?

new car and i need to cut new vinyl decals for it.

planning to make a multicolor hypnotoad and a planet express logo but i'd like a couple more.

anyone seen any cool futurama decals/stencils/pngs or know any still-frames that would look cool?
