I am looking for a recommendation for someone to come and help my elderly parents do a good cleaning to their home. I am looking for a person or service that can come over and do a deep cleaning to their home. They are currently doing a renovation in the basement and it has blown a lot of dust into the rest of the house. My parents are elderly and cannot do the type of cleaning that is needed. What makes this a bit more difficult is that there are a number of boxes (from the things that used to be housed in the basement.)

What I'm looking for is someone that can come in and:

  • clean the walls of the dust
  • dust the furniture and surfaces
  • vacuum
  • a good cleaning of the bathrooms
  • clea

Any way connect Atera to Teams so that it can create a ticket for you?

I had one of my tech ask if there is a way to connect Atera to Teams so that when users ask for assistance over Teams, to give them a simple form to fill in so that it creates a ticket?

Users are lazy and will do anything to try and bypass the workflow. The idea is to allow the techs give the users a form to fill in, and create a ticket.

We have a product where a custom image is loaded onto it tested then sent to the customer. Currently we're doing this about 6 times a month, but i do not see the procedure to be very scalable as they are using a portable drive and a bootable windows 10/11 rescue disc to restore the image.

In the past i've used Norton Ghost to do similar work using PXE boot environment. Its been years since i have had to do this, so i am very out of touch of the current state of network imaging. I got one of my colleagues to look at what Acronis has to offer (one of the last companies i used) and they're about to setup a trial of Acronis Snap Deploy to try out.

Anything that you guys can recommend that is

I've never had to make anything like this before, and we would like to use it to make a plan for 2025 and 2026. The idea is to be able to show the Executives where the vulnerabilities lie, what projects we have in motion to plug the wholes, where we need more visibility or tools and see how much it will cost to achieve these goals.

I realize that there are many aspects to this, and I want to cover as much as possible in v1 of the chart. And some of the project may have the goal posts changed from now until a solution is implemented.

I was wondering if anyone has any templates we could use or suggestions of what to include, so that we cover as much as possible.

I followed these two guides from scratch:

With the second one I got as far as trying to install Ubuntu, and was surprised when i couldn't access the VM via the console, then notice the monitor that usually displays the IP,

I have four printers that need to be updated at least once a month with people leaving or joinging our company. Currently I am using Device Manager NX Lite to try and make the job a bit easier, but the tool is not the easiest to use.

Is there a better method to maintain their addressbook updated? I would love to connect them to Azure so that it would automagically update when we add/remove users.

How are you guys doing it?

I would like to periodically get a list of open tickets with ticket number, date and subject so that when we have 1 on 1s or meetings we can go over things. It would be nice if it could be exported to Excel or csv so that we can mark it as necessary.

Does any else do something like this or know how to do it?

I have a few workstations we'd like to monitor their performance to see if they are being under/over spec'd. For this reason I'd like to monitor not just the RAM and CPU loads but also the GPU loads. The workstations are running nVidia Quadro cards.

I am guessing that I would need a script or a plugin in order to get the information I'm after, but I can't for the life of me make sense of how to do it. I've checked the library and i'm not seeing any plugin that will allow me to monitor the GPU load. I tried looking through the Check MK forums, but I am not finding anything in there either (is it me or are those forums just not intuitive?)

Anyone have any idea or could point me in the right

When I look at the links via the Edit link button, I see that they have the location set to something like this:

https://companyname.sharepoint.com/Users/username/Box/foldername/foldername/referencedfile.

So I can see that the it is looking for the file, but it just replaced the drive letter with the sharepoint location. I would like to change the link files to the relative location so it isnt bound to the C: location where Box files where kept.

So how do i fix the absolute linking, and switch it over to relative locations of the files. Would there happen to be a utility that can do this for us as there is a few hundred files that would need to be fixed?
