- Points for kills based on the placement of the team or person you eliminated. I’ve seen a lot of good kill based point systems but this just makes sense to me. Killing number 2 is way more important than killing number 99. Going for the VR and hoping that getting first for yourself and maybe only killing the second place finisher is enough to put you on top could be a strategy. The guy who finished third might have “collected” a lot of top 25 eliminations and edge out the 1st place finisher. Basically your placement is as strong as where you finished and where your kills placed. Obviously some tweaking will be necessary to get it fair but this method seems like almost a power ranking vers
Just played a game where the final circle was around salty and factories. Two orange meteors impacted the ground one destroyed a tree and man made structures. Impact radius looked to be about one tile. It wouldn’t suprise me if they can do player damage as well.
I watch the pros play this game and I love trying to understand the meta they are looking to impose through drafts and such. But the question I have is why isn't WP ringo a more popular pick than WP kestrel and WP vox. It seems like these two heros are probably represented in most of the Evil Eight matches but can't a good ringo out duel either of these heros with a better power curve through the mid-game when it seems like the majority of games are truely won and lost? So why dont you see more of ringo? Kestrel I can understand but a vox just seems like would seriously be behind the eight ball to a ringo from the jump.
I've outplayed my current one. Tired of people that use others to get their VST up an talk down to you. I watch competitive VG to stay up on the meta and strats. Think I could be around SA if I played with similar skilled players. Anyway looking for a guild that takes this game seriously and wants to be competitive.
Edit: NA
Tested the waters in CT silver today. Started with a great match where my jungler (Taka) countered both there jungler and laner and abused it while I just focused on not overextending, keeping a great CS and rotating to jungle when needed. Then it started. First a draft where the third dodged even though our draft was favorable CP/Vox and Phinn vs ringo and Catherine because he had soft locked cp vox at the beginning like what you main matters in draft mode and didn't even bother to see if I'd switch. Then the next game blind draft Taka/Cekeste/ Phinn. I get two huge lag spikes at first shop rotation while phinn extends into their jungle and dies. I get a ping and he proceeds to never enter
This has been happening both public and private but not while on local. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
