Hi all. First, yes I know get shoes that fit well.

I'm looking for my next shoes for indoor bouldering. I've been climbing in Tenaya and love how comfortable they are and I can just wear them for long sessions. Another superficial criteria I have is aesthetics, hence I have selected a few to choose from. And will be trying them out this week and take the input I have from all of you and make a choice.

I'm looking to move up a grade, where the footholds get much smaller and require more finesse. With my current Tenaya I feel the pressure gets to much on the toes on those holds.

I'm here to just get some input from others who have experience with the following shoes:

Some time back my Sennheiser Momentum 2 in-ears died, so I was considering what would be the next purchase. I could stay with the sound I love or give something else a try. After many different considerations I opted for the Pi8s. And so far I'm pretty happy with the sound.

For me in-ears phones are primarily for music, so I'm not too fussed about the mic quality, so I can't comment on it.

The only criticism I have so far is they almost imply that the touch gesture for ANC and pass-through can be customized, but that is not the case. As someone who doesn't care for ANC much, the only function I would like to still use is pass-through, without having to cycle through ANC.

As the title suggests I would love to see if others can provide some reading regarding BCG and their less than desirable work that has led to downfall of companies or other work they have done that is morally questionable or downright evil. The reason ask is because I came across a post that links BCG to the recent 'aid' efforts in a conflict (without naming names most people might know what I'm referring to) which have been exposed as having nefarious motives.

Recently the company I work at announced they have employed the services of BCG, so I want to collect some research before I open my mouth at work and demand that we reconsider working with BCG.

Thanks in advance for any and all in

Hi all. I have been on TRT for about one year now. For the first 8 months I did not have any issues with acne, and then I started getting a considerable amount on my shoulders. I'm hoping other people's experience can help me pinpoint the real issue as there is more to it than just estradiol.

I am on TRT gel and it has worked well for me since the start. I had one pump at the start but the levels were not adequate, so I started two pumps after the 2nd month. However my body responded too well with two pumps compared to one.

At peak - Blood test at 4 hours : 45 nmol/L (13 ng/ml) total T and free T 204 (unit isn't clear). SHBG hovers around 22 nmol/L. My estradiol stayed stable around 55

So recently they announced using of 'AI' for new features, which obviously will be behind a paywall in the guise of 'premium subscription'. And yet the company cannot even get the basics right.

The app is mediocre and I don't think they have any intention of improving it. Just today I checked the app after a nap I took in the late afternoon and it shows me the result of it, with a low sleep score. It doesn't detect that it may have been a nap, given the duration and the time. There is no prompt or any way to even correct it as a nap.

But hey, you should pay for their premium features because their basics are already so reassuring.

If I want to see an evolution of my heartrate, I have
