- Marchment was great value but not really what we needed.
- Zegras looks like pretty decent value but not really what we needed.
- Duchene off the market - signed for less than we would have apparently
- Reports are that Bennett with Florida is a done deal
- Hertl seems to be attached the the Cane's, but is this not the big bodied 2C that we kind of need more than someone like Rossi?
His AAV seems palatable, his deal ends at 35 which is less honourous than something like signing Duchene at 34 with term would have been. We're kinda of running out of options out there and without a strong 2C solution I'm not sure we can justify spending further.
For all the on ice - off ice fancy stats showing how good Quinn Hughes allegedly is, lets take a quick look at there vs not-there stats.
Quinn Hughes missed 8 games this season if you include the Ottawa game where he selfishly gooned it up leaving the team shorthanded for the majority of the game. Why include that data? Because it fits the narrative and if we're going to try to prove Hughes sucks we're going to need to cherry pick data here.
Our record in those 8 games is 4-2-2. That's a points percentage of 63%. Without that too-small-to-be-a-dman in the lineup we are almost as good as Vegas. With him in the lineup we are 21-15-9, 55%, basically as bad as Calgary (gro
My dog was hit by a car and broke a bone in his paw. We went to our local vet who we have an ongoing relationship with immediately. They got him sorted and referred us to a regional vet for surgery that has a lot more capacity for specialty things - and while surgery was decided against the vets we have dealt with have been great, a stent and bandage setup was decided on for a 6-8 week period with regular bandage changes and a basket full of meds.
The issue is the dog needs regular bandage changes (one or two times a week), and the regional vet is a disorganized disaster at the front desk. I wrote out all my complaints but to summarize - the actual vets are great - but thei
With the body counts piling up there seems to be some stumbling block along the way for the Canucks to actually avoid LTIR and accrue some cap space.
Lets assume the Canucks roll with the 23 man roster shown currently on puckpedia - including all three goalies, Joshua Suter and Blueger.
Leaves us with roughly $91K.
Problems - also leaves us needing to have only one injured forward at a time maximum (looks at Blueger Suter Joshua and the start of the season).
Other problems - Hirose suffered a concussion, he needs to be medically cleared to play before they can send him down otherwise he's on the roster until healthy - and while the Canucks could get
So we generally take Ubers for social outings and not that frequently. I like having a few drinks more than I enjoy driving into town and dealing with parking, pretty normal stuff. I've taken taxi's and Ubers in many cities and generally don't fret the odd mistake here or there enough to even care or pay attention.
Of the 3 times we've taken them the last 2 it's been white knuckling as the driver makes riskier and riskier moves because they aren't paying attention and don't know the area well enough. I rated one poorly after their trip took 50% longer, they missed 2 important turns/exits in a row, and nearly caused multiple car accidents. I didn't speak to them at any time - but they

I'm trying to upgrade and fill out my bag as I go with some clubs. My current setup is a very questionable 20 year old set of very light graphite shafts (of questionable stiffness) and missing pieces, I also got a cheap iron fitting from PXG that confirmed I'm a standard length regular flex kinda guy.
Currently looking to get a wedge set. My bag goes 9i, 52 degree, putter. I'd like to just flip the 52 degree and grab a used set of 52, 56, 60 wedges that match. Lots of used options (and off the shelf options) come with what would be labeled "stiff" shafts. I read here that ideally you'd want the same or
Hello all. Basic goals are I want an induction range, good dishwasher, and a counter depth fridge without icemaker in the door. We may like to sell in the next two years and so looks are somewhat more important than if we were sure we'll stay. Before we get too far I've seen the recommendations for Bosch, and I was leaning that way to start, but the 800 series fridges being 2" taller than most won't fit, and the 500 series only come with ice makers in the fridge space (which also would start to make the counter depth fridge too small). Not a huge fan of just touch controls on the range.
As far as GE goes our family has always had GE appliances with great luck. The one remai
