Honestly, though, taking psyllium is easily the worst part of my day. Does anyone have some good “hacks”?

My goal with this is, of course, fiber intake. I’ve gradually increased it to 12g of psyllium husk a day now.

I’ve been looking at the Hydra Pen H3/H5 that can be used for micro needling and also dispensing some serum at the same time. My question is, would this work with PN or PDRN products? Or do those need to be injected deeper?

So I have both these devices and the price on steam for the game is much cheaper. I played remake on my switch 2 so I was planning on continuing on the switch 2 but there’s a huge sale for square enix on steam RN and I have about 30 hours to decide.

Switch 2 vs XAX running on Bazzite

How’s the performance? Does it run well on XAX? I know the game got optimized very well for the NS2 so if anyone has any opinions im all ears.

I don’t get why this is a thing in porn , it is such a turn off for me.. and when they do it they get the guy or girl with the driest fucking mouth spitting out these white nasty frothy ball of spits. GROSS! they need to stop, cause then people try it in real life and it’s NASTY. I don’t need people spitting on any part of my body.

So cross play was recently released, I have some progression over on my steam account, how do I connect it with my switch?
