I've heard web designers transitioning to selling automation systems. Explain

I've been hearing about automations, but not sure what exactly.

Example as I understand it:

• Instantly generate draft email for support tickets using AI

• Email customer 30 days after purchase for feedback

• Schedule posts on FB/Ig/Linkedin/Tiktok

• Generate certain reports every week from excel

3 times tested positive, 3 times sick but family tested positive. symptoms are mild but i brain is very very easily tired.

#: People will only use it to get deals and then never go back, defeating the big use case of such discounts from business perspective.

App could restrict discount per user by phone number making sure same users can't reuse same offers every week.

#: It will become a spam fest of fake deals like craigslist

App could have crowd sourced rating system and businesses wont be anonymous, ratings might reset after 2 years. And businesses will be allowed to post 1 or 2 deals per week.

1st... I'd like to shadow someone, like be a fly on the wall and just observe for a week of what you do and preferably go through start to finish. I'm interested in medium to small size business not corporate consulting.

2nd.. I'd like tips on how to shadow someone, especially online. NYC btw.

i.e. WYIWYG builder tool or daisyui component library or some figma to AI tool... anything

v4 and v5 seems to be way better for this... if you disagree give me a prompt, i've used all the prompts i knew, from the websites around the internet and stuff... just weird mockups instead of front view legible design

no serious project will do backend in frontend... i like the goals of the project to tame the madness of build tools, philosophies, insane amount of boilerplate and connecting half baked semi outdate things.. but it will always be niche.

Founders or entrepreneurs who have skills preferably sales, marketing, software engineer (varies), design, lead gen, copywriting, and so on.
