I have the dreaded 'flashing PRNDS' problem in my Mk5 Golf GT (2007) with DSG gearbox.

I have a neighbour who reckons it's "not too hard" to get into the DSG gearbox (aircraft maintenance engineer, I guess he's used to this sort of stuff) who has suggested he might help me do it if we can figure out what the codes mean ("probably take an afternoon", he said).

I'm not sure how to interpret these codes. Note the mileage of each - P0868 happened 117km earlier than the next fault, which happened 6km earlier than the third fault here.

I'm guessing it's solenoid 6 that has a p

I have a track I'm mixing right now where the band's drummer starts too slow before finding his groove/tempo a few bars into the song. Also there's a few fills that speed up.

(ok I'll admit it, I'm the drummer)

Issue is, the whole band sounds good and in time, but I'd love to be able to fix the tempo of everthing (as in, all tracks), on the grid, at once - NOT setting stretch markers for individual tracks (which is fine for some things but becomes arduous when you need holistic stretching)

It has occurred to me that I could perhaps render/freeze my busses to stem tracks and use stretch markers from there, but I feel there should be a way to do it that's a bit quicker.

Any tips appreciat

I got diagnosed with ADHD in December and started treatment. One of the things I noticed the first night I visited a relative's house after taking my meds (where she was making noises that would usually trigger my misophonia) was that, while I still had thoughts of "that's disgusting", my fight or flight response and anxiety had gone away and I was able to be relaxed.

Since starting treatment I have noticed a drop in times I get triggered. My misophonia is not gone, but ADHD treatment has helped.

Not sure it's the case for everyone, but I speculate that maybe my increased dopamine levels and regulation might have had a role to play
