I feel like I have never really achieved anything good. I noticed this when a meditation practice instruction mentioned to "call to mind something you have done or said that you feel was a kind or good action". When I tried to think of something, I noticed that I don't really think of anything I do as "notable". This is factually wrong I guess, since I did achieve things in my life, but i am always downplaying those things which seems to be one of the causes of my overall struggles with self-esteem. With downplaying I mean that I think of the positive things I do as "not challenging", "not good enough", or "I didn't do anything".

Realistically this is of course not the case, but somehow I can't ever seem to think anything positive about the things I do. I downplay everything until it is no longer feeling like I did something good, but just the bare minimum. When looking back there are lots of things that I should be proud of, but I just don't think about it positively at all. Some examples:

• I finished my university studies with a masters in chemistry. My head downplays it as being "too easy" and I more than once thought to myself "If I can do it, it cannot have been a challenge."

So Ezmo got his Ultimate Rite changed to deal 10 dmg before the explosion as a DoT in ticks of 2 dmg. Unfortunately as it seems the last tick does not happen which reduces the total damage of the full DoT + the explosion to 58 dmg. Here's the super cool video of it.

I'm currently trying to unite the Americas as a custom nation. North America was already under my control with the exception of some islands and 3 provinces in Newfoundland. As I didnt really feel any desire to fight the british navy and land on their homelands to try and get a fort under my control, I just sold them 2 provinces in hopes of spawning the colonial nation.

According to the EU4 Wiki the only condition for a formation is that the colonizer holds 5 cores provinces in the same colonial region, which is the case. Unfortunately no colonial nation has formed so far leaving me worse off than before.

It's been a couple of months since the conclusion of the last OSCT and now we're finally able to tell you that the next OSCT is right around the corner! Starting today you can sign up to compete against players from all over Switzerland!

This time around it will be a 1v1 tournament again and as always there will be no rank restrictions in place. The only sign-up condition is that the flag in your profile is Swiss.

Hello Stellaris people! Over the last few days I've managed to do my first full galaxy conquest and the run was rather confusing in many aspects. Mostly for things that didnt happen or work as intended. So I was hoping for someone to shed some light on how stuff works exectly :-)
