Roland, Gan and the King’s

Spoilers- The Dark Tower

Going through my 3rd journey, and still a bit remains in The Dark Tower on this one, but had a thought about the glamour guys at La Casse Roi Russe. They said something to suggest Crimson King is an aspect of Gan, and it’s suggested that Stephen King is channeling Gan. Roland and King are connected as twim, but I thought what if Roland, CK and SK represented the ego, id and superego of Gan / that they’re all connected.

Roland and CK both have marks of Eld to gain access to the Tower. I don’t know if this means anything, but seemed to click as I was reading.

Honorblade/Shardblade Metal?

SpoilerRhythm of War

Has it been stated anywhere what metal the Honorblades are, and separately what Shardblades are? Honorblades I would assume to be of-Tanavast (Tanavastium?), but spren manifesting as metal in the physical realm, do we know what metal they are?

Anyone have a recommendation for the latest depth charts? A lot of sites have them but most are seriously outdated, and some others don’t seem to be super accurate. Thanks in advance.

Finishing a re-read of HoA, how did Ruin taint Rashek’s mind over the 1,000 years he ruled? It’s obvious he meant well, and as a force of Preservation intended to keep all things about his Final Empire static, but it’s stated in HoA that Ruin drove him mad / tormented him. How?

Was he spiked? Because he was a sliver does he have an innate connection to other shards? (I’m leaning towards the latter, because I don’t believe he was spiked, nor was he explicitly “mad”, which Ruin had the propensity to influence).

The quality of Player Discussion posts is really low, like, barely even trying. This brings limited-to-no value, and starts the discussion off with too wide of a lens. Here are two examples of what I'm talking about - the front page of r/fantasybball/ is flooded with these types of posts. We need more content, and more analysis from posts; right now it's all "is this guy for real" and "i'm thinking about using my waiver claim, what do you guys think". That's not what a Player Discussion post should be for.
