Hello! I have to fly for work today and I’ve been kind of panicking all morning. I have done my best to be prepared and my doctor did give me propanalol this time around, but I typically get major panic attacks especially during take off and would love if someone could track me. I have so much anxiety that I’m worried my panic attack is going to cause me to faint or worse mid flight. I’ve already cried a few times this morning en route to the airport.
