Hi all,

I’ve been on mounjaro for a year using Juniper. I got to my goal weight in October, and stopped the programme. Unfortunately like many others, i experience rapid weight gain about 5 weeks after stopping and all my PCOS symptoms came back. It was terrible and i was in a lot of pain.

I got back on 2.5mg in January and experienced some water weight loss. Then, in March, i was titrated to 5mg for 8 weeks and all was well, i got to my goal weight and remained that way.

They put me back on 2.5mg as part of my plan, but after a month of 2.5mg I’ve started experience more PCOS symptoms again, bloating, pain and inflammation, and some food noise. It’s been awful and I’m currently sitting i

Hi all,

I have PCOS and started mounjaro 2.5mg in May of this year. I am 4ft10 and originally weighed 66.2kg. With the help of increasing the dose over time from 2.5mg to 7.5mg some months later, I successfully got to 48kg.

My provider told me maintenance and titratinf down all the way back to 2.5mg wasn’t necessary. My journey was 2.5, 5, 7.5, then 5 again then stopped.

My only side effects were in week 2 of 7.5 with every GI issue imaginable but quickly subsided.

Anyway, due to financial reasons I got off. I don’t drink soda and cut out sweets and alcohol months ago due to how they made me feel on mounjaro. I’ve stuck to this, and, continue to eat protein rich low glycemic foods incl

Hi everyone,

I was considered a lodger for about a year during my tenancy. I left the room in pristine condition; everything worked, I did a walkthrough with my landlord and he said everything was ok, no deductions. He then told me that his wife, who was not on my written agreement, would ‘sort’ my deposit which is over £1000. He was overly lax and and uncaring about even doing a walkthrough, as if I was inconveniencing him the day I left. When discussing the deposit return - he essentially put this on his wife (who wasnt present) and acted like we were discussing £5…

Some extra context:

  • my landlord actually stopped living at this property about 2 months into me living there. he seems to

Hi all,

I am an American currently studying abroad in the UK. My US passport expires on 16th December 2025. It is a 10-year passport.

My travel dates are 10th September 2025 to 15th December 2025. I arrive back in the UK on the 15th. This is 1 day and 3 months before the passport expires.

On Italy’s gov website it says that I only need 3 months validity to travel with a US passport, which I figured was the most trustworthy source. Upon trying to use passport verification on Ryanair, they’re saying my passport should have 6 months despite what the country’s gov site says.

I’m kind of freaking out, I had no idea an airline could make this rule if the actual country allows something differ

Hi,

In short my servicer has not shipped my order on their usual date and everything seems to be delayed. They’ve provided no reassurance but said if I miss 2 shots (14 days) I will have severe side effects and will need to restart. Today is September 3rd and my last shot was 11:50pm on August 25th. My new KwikPen order was supposed to be here by September 1st

I am so close to my goal and cannot afford the new prices in the first place. I am currently on 7.5mg.

I have a holiday coming up and I’m STILL waiting on my order. By the time it gets here I will be 12-13 days late on my shot.

Can I still take the 7.5mg? I am so worried, and my servicer has been really not empathetic about this,

Hi all,

I’ve been so busy this summer something weird has happened and I seem to have forgotten that I’ve already taken my 4th dose. I use a KwikPen and it’s locked and stopped turning which I now realise is because I have received all 4.

My servicer is shipping my new pen tomorrow to continue the medication, it will likely arrive Wednesday. So here is my question

My shot day has ALWAYS been Sundays (for 3 months) up until two weeks ago when my side effects hit so bad that I delayed my shot day by just 1 day.

My last shot of 7.5mg was Monday 25th August at 11pm.

I don’t really want to move my shot date to Wednesday for work reasons, also I am taking a short vacation next week and if my

Hi all,

Week 2 of 7.5mg here. I’ve done 4 weeks of 2.5mg, 4 weeks of 5mg previous to this. I never experienced anything very intense, only occasional constipation and mild nausea.

Randomly after my second shot of 7.5 - within 12 hours I started throwing up and experiencing nonstop diarrhea. I felt slightly better after 6 hours of being ill, tried to drink small sips of water and protein shake.

In the middle of the night it happened all over again, and now I’m laying in bed this morning feeling awful and scared to even drink water for fear of my stomach being upset.

If someone has experienced this and found a way to stop it quickly, please lmk. Ive already had to miss 1 day of paid work o

Hi all,

I’ve moved up to 5mg, and about a day after my jab I’ve had so much more drowsiness than on 2.5. As of right now no GI side effects and while I do have suppression I’m a bit less nauseous and able to eat a bit more, but the tiredness is insane.

When I’m out I fantasize about when I can take a nap or get back in bed. At work people say I look so tired but then I realize I’ve already had 9 hours of sleep prior.

I’m going to bed earlier and earlier, has anyone figured out a way to prevent it?

I have never liked energy drinks and they make my heartbeat weird, so I’d like to stay away from that.
