I was checking out my US Bank cards and noticed they have offers now (didn't for a long time because I had a Central Bill account). But I don't see a button to have CP pop up and add offers in Firefox. I verified the extension is working in Chase. US Bank offers do trigger CP to pop up on Chrome though.
Also, it only asked me to map one of my cards, why is that?
u/emcro is there a way to track how much of a spend cap is used? It would be awesome because the app keeps suggesting cards I've maxed the cap on. I've got multiple Citi Custom Cash cards, Freedom cards, BofA, etc.
Is there a link to the business plans (both unlimited and by the gig) terms and conditions? All I can find is the general terms, which prohibit personal use.

Spent far too long last night trying to understand why and get help from chat support about why I can't get SMS OTPs from Allstate, nor can I text their number to enable receipt of these codes. Instead I get a message from a separate number, "Sorry, this service is not available."
Chat support was super slow to respond to each message, asking me to do rote troubleshooting, tried to get me to install a 3rd party app before even trying to add an APN, and culminated in telling me it's Allstate's fault.
They ignored that the problem extends beyond this: we tried texting help to 782929 as one of their troubleshooting steps. zero response.

Business Gold came up for renewal and probably like most, the credits and multipliers don't add up to the annual fee or greater. After a few chats with Amex, best they could offer was 10,000 MR for $5,000 in spending over 92 days. Just not good enough, with the way I value MR and the other cards I've got, plus the offers I have seen for Business Green to Gold upgrades. Downgraded, will see if I get an upgrade offer that's better.
P2 did a product change yesterday trying to change from Freedom Unlimited to Freedom Flex. The agent stated that the Flex was unavailable for product changes, instead offering the Freedom with Ultimate Rewards Visa card. Figured this would help as a data point for those seeking the OG Freedom card, that it's still available.
I got my Lyriq back from the dealer a couple of days ago and the issues I reported with cruise are Super Cruise are mostly resolved so far. Plus, every Optiq, Lyriq and Vistiq I drove (except one Vistiq) was worse than mine now that it's fixed. I'm talking random SC disengagements, jerking back into the lane I came from in the middle of lane changes, digging hard into the brakes when disengaging SC even after I took control, trying to steer me into the oncoming lane on a residential neighborhood street (hands on lane keep assist was not active), the list goes on and on. The seats were worse on the 26 Lyriq I had too,kept digging into my leg where my sciatic nerve is.
The only thing better
When converting the case to storage layout, I installed the top and front three screws into the wall through the top and front of the case respectively. But there's no equivalent for the bottom rear of the wall, I can't get a screw to go in there and through the basement wall, like is done when removing the screws at the beginning of the steps.
Did they just leave out the ability to put a screw down there and keep the wall stable at the bottom? Or is it expected that the wall's full stability comes from hard drives being screwed in?

I've left and requested a refund, the support process has been horrible. Simplifi deleted data from all of my closed bank accounts, transaction log is completely empty. Also, your engineering team needs to understand it's more than possible to connect multiple American Express logins and have them function fine when the account owners share a joint Amex account. This shouldnt cause constant sync failures, and then to blame Amex? That's just ridiculous, other apps can handle this. If I'm to guess, I'd say that you're trying to switch OA
My CSP renewed posting June 1st, I called mid-June and upgraded to the CSR because the credits made more than enough sense at $550. So they refunded the fee and issued me a CSR right away.
But they haven't posted the $550 or any annual fee yet. When will they?
I'm not seeing any retention offers for my Business Platinum and with the changes they made this year, I'm thinking of either canceling it or downgrading to Business Green and getting an upgrade offer to Business Platinum. Any data points out there about how successful this path is?
