Had to upgrade to the latest AE version (2025.0.1) for a client template. And there's a bug I've never seen before. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

The bug is that the layer simply stays up one frame after the end trim point. In both cases it was a time reversed layer. All layers and pre comps are 23.976 (sometimes interpolation between frame rates can cause weirdness).

If I turn off the layer visibility, the extra frame is still visible. Here's where it gets weird: The extra frame will get randomly "attached" to another layer's visibility. In some cases If I turn off a solid, it will disappear. Or the next piece of footage in the sequence. If I turn off all the lay

I have an 8kw electrical sauna heater (240V, USA). I just noticed it's connected to 2x 30 amp, ganged breakers. It's never thrown the breaker, but based on the calculations it's pulling 33amps. The sauna came with the house and is at least 10 years old.

Is it just under the tolerance of the breaker? or is the heater putting out less heat that it should? Finally, Do I need to upgrade the breakers to 40 amp?

I've got 100+ hours of historical cassette tape audio transcriptions. Covering a wide range of subjects. Ideally, I'm looking for a tool that can pull all of the soundbites and organize them by subject matter in a text document(s) with timecode. Does something like this exist yet?

I've used Descript quite a bit, but don't think it has these capabilities.

I've got a SFH in SoCal, covered by State Farm, business liability $1M per occurrence, $2M Annual Aggregate. Currently getting quotes for an Umbrella policy on top of that. But wondering if that's overkill.

One of the companies that I like has an 1 year contract or length of the tenants lease, whichever is longer, with a cancellation penalty of one months rent.

Trying to get a sense if this is normal/standard. What's your cancellation policy?
