Trying to buy a place in South London, ideally near underground. 2 bed with a garden.

Have a budget of around 600-650k (could go higher on mortgage but don't feel like now is the time to piss around with larger mortgages).

My question is what should I do with this money

I have an active social life with friends and have started dating again etc, but I continually find myself lacking structure and spinning out when I'm by myself.

After some discussions with my therapist, I feel like I've realised I don't ever do anything for myself. Almost everything I do is for other people and when I don't, I can feel guilty. Whilst being there for othe
