I'm curious if anyone has already dealt with a similar situation and has tips or suggestions for me.

I injured my knee at home and do not have health insurance. I've been referred to an Ortho but they want several hundred dollars for a first appointment that I don't have. I'm not sure what to do but I need to see an Ortho. Anyone have suggestions on how to get medical help or know a doctor office that will let me make payments ?

Hi everyone, I'm part of the never had knee issues before. And welp, my knee popped in bed. Was not painful. Limped my way around work a day then went to ER. Took X-rays. Nothing is broken. But got crutches and referred to go see Ortho. Went to work on crutches. Now one of my shoulders is killing me. Only been 1 day. I have a cyst behind my knee, same knee so I'm not sure about using a scooter. And my shoulder won't last on crutches. I'm gonna cry. Idk what to do. Please lmk what your suggestions are... I need help.. 🙏😓
