Local construction has disturbed all the critters, and I have mice that have tunneled and live under my coop. They have tunneled everywhere and are fearless. I need to evict them. Review my plan and add your best tips.

1. Going to remove the plain old chicken wire from the walls/ceiling of the run and replace with ⅛ hardware cloth.
2. Detatch the run from the coop to get at the floor. I have been told to dig it out (we had sidewalk pavers and chicken wire to stop larger predators) and flood it. Going to flood the tunnels every day for a week and lay peppermint oil everywhere.
3. Lay ⅛ hardware cloth as the new floor. Lay this wider than the coop, and turn it down into a trench to deter

I am driving a family member to appointments on Thursday of this week, and need to wait for the full day for them - but would rather work than take a vacation day for this.

I couldn't find any co-working spaces, so wondering if folks have suggestions for the best places to set up to work for the day. I have two options to access this - one is the program offered by Shoppers. This is where I got my prescription from, and liked the conversation with the Nurse Practitioner. It sounds like after meeting a dietician, it becomes infrequent check ins (so minimal support).

My family doctor recommended another weight loss clinic to me, run by a doctor who does video calls. Liked the idea, but the first meeting was really bad. He wanted me to go on Atkins diet for 3-6 weeks to kick start weight loss, and then started going on and on about willpower. I felt like I was transported to the 90s.

Anyone have any experiences, good or bad, getting weight loss support that is OHIP covered?

I was on a clinical trial (Triumph) for Retuditride until Dec 2025. Lost 50 pounds on the drug, but weight has been creeping up as food noise and hunger returned. Planning to go on Zepbound next week.

I have Manulife, but don't think my employer plan covers this. Working on the prior authorization.

I've downloaded the two savings cards mentioned in the title. Has anyone used these? Can I use them both? How much can I expect to save?

Wondering if others have had success casting Sportsnet+ to their TVs. I have an Android mobile and a HiSense TV from Costco. I have confirmed that I can cast (I tried it in YouTube for example) with no issues, but when I am in the Sportsnet+ app, watching the live game, it doesn't recognize the TV as a device to pair to.

I also tried this on my Mac computer and got the message that casting was only available on "some apps".

Any tips are appreciated.

They are undergoing renovations, according to their website, and I wondered how much of the garden is closed? In contrast, how does it compare to Centennial Park?

It's 2am and I am honestly freaking out about my post trial weight gain.

I knew, my site warned me, that food noise would come roaring back. So I have planned and logged everything I am eating. I have been hovering at 1900 calories. I am at the gym or karate studio 4x a week.

And I am gaining 1 lb or more a day. A day! Today i ate 1900 calories, including 122 grams of protein and 35 of Fibre and gained 2 lbs!

During the trial I lost approximately 50 lbs. I have gained 7 or more this week. Have a messed with my metabolism so much that my body is hanging on to everything?

Trying to find out the simplest way to waive power of attorney for a parent with dementia, to simplify things for family that are geographically close by. My mother-in-law has given POA to her husband, and if he were not able, to her two children jointly.

To simplify, we'd like my husband to waive the POA so his sister could be able to directly handle things. This is important because my father in law is due for a surgery soon.

Can we simply write a notarized letter? Is there a specific POA form?
