Been looking at getting a nice monitor to upgrade my setup. Looking at 27” displays for mostly competitive and some story games. I’ve looked at asus,Samsung, LG so far but would like some opinions and suggestions because there’s truly so many options. Would like to stay in the $500 range if possible.

Been wanting to build a pc for awhile now, I’ve looked at the fractal north and lian li lancool 207 for a case, would these be good options? If so, what motherboard, cpu and gpu would be good to support gaming and possibly some video editing in the future? Would like to keep it reasonable and not overbuild but still make it a bit future proof so don’t have to touch it for a few years if possible? I’ll take any suggestions

So I had a laptop that was running windows 8.1 and updated to windows 10. I upgraded hdd to ssd, performed a clean install and restored everything with an image file. Before the hdd swap is when I installed windows 10 os. I was having trouble with updates not going through before. so my question is, did my update issues just transfer over when I backed up from the image file? How do I fix that?

Since I’m running dex and multiman, all the files are in multiman so can I just copy the dev_hdd0 folder and backup everything to an external hdd? I’d like to keep all user profiles and online logins as well, I’d assume they’re all in that folder?

So i installed CFW cex then updated with pex so i could get the cex2dex tools. It ran fine before on OFW and on pex but figured i might as well go to dex since the option was there, it successfully converted to dex but im getting crazy ping now like people seeing me before i see them online. I’m on 4 bars directly connected with the Ethernet cable. I’m lost on what happened.
