We released the ChatGPT Plugin for both the Bike shop app and the consumer app. Why you may ask? Well if you are a consumer and want to know how to fix something on your bike that Trail Hits is noting should be looked at why not make it easy. If your a bike shop using Trail Hits Hub you can use the connector to update work orders and ask questions regarding your current log of work.

I couldn't answer the simplest questions about my own bikes, so I started building the answers. Trail Hits began as a personal project: a couple of onboard extensions for a Hammerhead Karoo GPS unit that let me track suspension descent hours and chain waxing history. I found that the extensions were helpful but would not aggregate the records I wanted. Also, trail conditions were important to capture after each ride to get the most accurate component strain. So I built the Trail Hits component strain index that uses a combination of trail conditions, descent, ascent, distance, and hours to factor maintenance intervals.
