Hey all -- wondering if there's any consensus around what exactly the recipes on Hebbar's Kitchen refer to as a "ball sized tamarind"? I'm not sure if they're using fresh tamarind pushed through a sieve or pulp rehydrated in the chutney recipes. My White Lotus mystery itch is definitely getting scratched this season.
Gerri was named interim CEO last season and that never changed. She has meaningful power, a massive axe to grind given the impending dismissal, and the most BDE of anyone on the show. It’s about to be the Gerri show.
