Has anyone had experienced local oral anesthesia (Novocaine? Lidocaine?) not wearing off and so one’s gums and cheek remain permanently numb after oral surgery with SFN? The surgeon wasn’t worried about any negative effects but he was curt andnow I’m starting to rethink this and I have no idea how many neuropathy patients he’s had. Or even negative effects of nitrous oxide with the local anesthesia?

Although I haven’t called the dealership yet, I just got the” key fob battery low” warning on my dashboard for my 2020 CPO CX-5. I’m guessing the dealership is going to charge more for the battery and install, so if that is the case, can one obtain a legit battery and have someone put it in correctly either at one of the auto parts stores like NAPA, Advanced Auto Parts or Pep Boys or by a mechanic? Thoughts?

Upon receiving a few quotes for CX-5 preventive maintenance items from non-dealership auto mechanics, (I can’t afford inflated dealer prices) is it appropriate to tell each that I’m gathering quotes from other service providers to compare and will select the best option, or should I simply respond, 'I will get back to you'?

I’ve had many somatic symptoms over years… usually nausea and the typical trembling and heart palpitations, but I’ve been lightheaded lately and my cardiologist just cleared me of anything cardiac related causes like hypertension so I’m at a loss… I also have small fiber neuropathy from which a lot of people have POTS but that was ruled out for me a while ago and it’s not that bad as of I’m going to faint. It’s more on and off though more prevalent in the past few weeks.

After 1 1/2 years or so in a CPO 2020 CX-5 Touring Edition I just began to notice that the gas gauge is decreasing/depleting in small increments (like 1/16th or 1/32nd ) after only driving approximately 8-10 miles at a time. (Suburban/local driving such as errands , drs appts, etc.). AM I IMAGINING THIS? Has anyone experienced similar, where the gas mileage is inordinately poor or there could be a leak (though I don't see gasoline on the pavement where I park the car)?
