Hello to all

Recently my mother moved in with me even though she was a horrible mother. She was sick, so she said, and lived 3000 miles away. I felt I had to be a better person and that everyone should have a baseline level of respect for the person who brought them into the world. Was I ever so very wrong!

There is so much to say and share. No one in my life could ever understand. Most of what is bottled up inside me is so horrible I cant even put someone through the trauma of listening to it! I need to get it out and hopefully I can help others through my own experience and how I eventually learned to love myself.

I am so glad I found this community!
