As an Australian citizen, what does the job market look like for anyone who typically does commercial roles in senior management? What salary could be expected?

For anyone who lives or has visited Cluj, is there anything that is a must see/do? I'm quite keen to go on a day's hike to maybe Turda or anywhere that's not too far (so long it's possible to organise with a group). Then likely to do a walking tour. Was also keen to watch the local football team, but they're not playing at home while I'm there.

Staying near old town, so will definitely explore the area in the evening too.

Imagine getting screened for an initial interview then having a Teams interview with the owners and investors of said company, followed by getting an invite to the final interview where you'd be expected to give a lengthy presentation about scaling up their company.

You spend a couple of weeks preparing the presentation and final interview to then be told days in advance that the interview would be cancelled, so they could squeeze in a different candidate... Brutal!

This is really for Australians who haven't lived in the UK or are glued to British TV.

I'd probably say it's Ant and Dec. They're household names in Britain, but relatively unknown outside the UK.

I've got Bogarde @ 4.0 (who's not as lazy as his uncle who "played" for Chelsea), and Tyler Adams who averaged the most tackles per game/minute last season on a now depleted Bournemouth side where he'll likely play much much more.

Combined they're less than 1% ownership.
