My brother is closing in on 100% disability and has lived with me the past 3 years. We are moving soon and I was thinking of adding him on the mortgage for the new home hoping if he gets 100% we could save some money on the mortgage… my wife says she saw online it will only apply to his portion (say, 33% of taxes)… I can’t find anything about this online… maybe I’m not using the right keywords…

So my question is, if my brother is on the mortgage and he gets 100% disability, would we be exempt from taxes or just his portion?

We live in Texas currently (El Paso) and will be moving to northeast Dallas (Princeton).

Is there a fuel cutoff/inertia switch? Can’t find anything online for this model… most people saying Subarus don’t have one?

Or even an impact/rollover switch that could trigger during a wreck.

I purchased a totaled 2022 WRX. Where can I find a repair/maintenance manual and also a wiring diagram?

I found this site and it seems very generic so not sure if I will be provided with them after paying.

They want $170 for both.
