Or are some of the online/my faction ones unobtainable (like the ranked at end of season one)?

Maybe it's just me and RNG, but until yesterday I got one of those Warp buffs that gives ~2500 Warp once per NMD, on average. Since yesterday it's 1 in 5-6 NMDs.

Anyone else experience this?

How many Chaos Armors do you get from the full reputation track?

I'm wondering, if all I need is Chaos Armors and don't care about the Sparks - is it better to use the rep to only buy infernal chests from the board or run the entire board on an alt?

For the amount of seasonal rep needed to get the entire board, I can open 4 infernal chests, guaranteeing at least 4 armors. What about the full rep board?
