As said in the title, i have to quit for some time (about a year) because of university.

At home, I have

A bench

A barbell with 70kg of discs

2 dumbells (10kg each)

A pull up bar

A treadmill

Right now, i do:

bench 90kg 4×8,

leg press 200kg 4×6

Lat machine 75kg 4×6

Etc...

Will my equipment be enough to not lose a significant amount of strength and muscles?

I have a younger brother (6 years younger) and i will soon finish university and will have to leave to get my master degree and start a career. Our relationship has obviously seen ups and downs, but i love my brother like i love no one.

Even having him around while i study, annoying him, him annoying me... It means a lot to me. He tries to not think about it but i do and it breaks my heart every time. I always reminisce about growing up together, all the times when we fought, the times i helped him with homework... I am completely devastated and on the verge of tears every time i think about it and i'm not a person that cries easily... I don't want to be distant from my little annoying bro

Hi, i'm a 23yo male and i "recently" started a cut after a bulk. When i started to cut, I weighed about 90kg, and now i'm sitting at 81kg.

The problem is that my belly doesn't look changed at all. I lost fat in my face area, neck and upper body. From the waist down, almost nothing changed.

I'm 179cm tall and i have around (using us navy method) 17% bf. When i started i was around 22% bf

The fact that i still have love handles and loose belly, despite my efforts, makes me sad and angry. I workout for 8 hours a week and i plan to go on manteinance once i reach my goal

How can i fix this? Will it eventually go away naturally?

I'm a long time gamer and i like horror games but i never played something that made my skin crawl. I was looking for a game with giant creatures and no fight. Like i want to feel that anxiety of knowing that you can't fight back. Fighting monsters makes horror games less horror for me. I still love stuff like resident evil etc... But they aren't scary enough. I want to be scared, give me something good please. The closest thing i got similar to this feeling is outlast games but they don't make me scared they just make me mad

I'm a university student, close to getting my degree. I spend my days going to the gym, studying, watching documentaries, playing with my cats... I'm not one that stares at the wall all day

But, even if i completely fill my days, i still feel a void inside, like something is missing, i feel lonely as if i'm living my life like a robot. I wouldn't consider myself depressed, it's just "boredom".

I have great friends and i spend a lot of quality time with them, but nothing changes, nothing makes me feel truly at peace, truly satisfied, and i don't know what to do about it

Hello everyone

I'm a huge souls fan and i recently started a blind run in demon souls and i'm loving it.

The only problem is... Boss fights feel kinda "empty"

Bosses feel way too easy, only 2 of them gave me a real challenge and, when i killed them, satisfaction. Even the archdemons i beat felt way too easy

I get it, it was the first soulsgame, and i'm not saying that it's bad. It just feels like a tutorial compared to other games i played (I have the platinum in both elden rings, in Bloodborne and i am missing a couple of items for the ds3 platinum. I didn't even bother with ds1, ds2 and sekiro)

I've never been good at maths, but i have a crucial exam in exactly one month

I don't struggle with normal, basic functions, but i fail to comprehend the most difficult ones

In my simulations i have exercises with logarithms, nepero, radicals, trigonometry...

Is a whole month enough to understand them?

Quali università offrono corsi buoni in materie simili? (Punti bonus se sono città dove viverci non costa un occhio della testa)

I remember playing it back in 2023 and winning a tournament too with it. I know artifact hate is high nowadays, but grixis affinity is full of artifact lands and doesn't seem to have a problem in staying a tier 1 deck. Also, moxite could be a good addiction to the deck
