Pc went slow out of no where it takes like 2 minutes to get passed the login screen and then when I get to my desktop everything is unresponsive my task bar don’t work the winodows key don’t work and when I click my wallpaper turns all white and then it freezes goes black and restarts any help?

I recently changed a setting in my bios and put my pc in sleep mode. I came back to my my pc stuck in a boot loop with no display and my motherboard CPU and DRAM debug lights are flagged. I tried resetting my cmos but that didn’t work and I reseated my ram any help?
