A friend of mine purchased a brand new Amarok, with the touchscreen head unit.

Hes installing an after market speaker set with a DSP and amps to drive better speakers inc subs.

We are having an issue with the high-level signal fromt he stock head unit, cutting off bass after a certain volume level. Is this something that can be patched/tweaked/changed somewhat? The HU OS seems to be based somewhat around android, but im unsure of its mod-ability, or if this is an internal-amp thing that cannot be changed at all.

Hey guys, I want to install a CarPlay standalone screen on my Focus. I'd like to avoid using the 12v socket present on the center console, so im wondering where to get 12v from. Ideally, it wouldnt remain powered after car goes into "sleep mode" or whatever it is it does(turns off power to all accesories).

Driver side mirror stopped working

Hey guys… so today i parked my se 2015 and ad expected, the mirrors closed in when i locked the car. When i got back, i used the unlock button on the remote, and the driver side mirror is completely dead. It does not open, nor can i adjust the actual mirror. Any ideas ? Controls on the door work fine for everything else, including the passenger side mirror.
