I had a few backlogs which i cleared, how will this affect my chances of getting into a masters program in usa or Germany?my cgpa is 7.8, currently in 6th sem, do unis in usa or Germany care about backlogs?

So during the first 3 semesters of my btech, i accumulated a lot of backlogs, 15+, due to severe depression and health anxiety stemming from some eye issues I was experiencing at that time(basically thought I was going to go blind so none of it mattered anyways, so whatever), I've since managed to clear them all, basically every single one on the first attempt, cgpa in my late semesters is good, I know Germany is basically off the table with that many backlogs, so I'm wondering how will my backlog history affect my admission chances in the usa?do I have a chance there?I'm also preparing for gre if that matters anymore, not s
