Where to go outdoor swimming? Such as creeks, river (safe areas), lakes etc.
Other than Kamloops lake and Paul lake?

It appears my only options while waiting for laparoscopy (given the OBGYN will agree, family doctor does) are to either try the mini pill after years of failed attempts with the combined pill, or stop birth control all together and see what happens. Maybe a trip to the ER will get a lap completed in the end?
Either way/ I can’t handle the pain or depression/anxiety/moodiness ANYMORE!! I don’t know what to do.
This was a rant mostly but also, I need to do some research now. What has helped you?
Best lakes or swimming holes in or around town? Willing to travel up to an hour and a half!
Dying for a good swim over here! Even if it’s chilly.
My hormones have felt all out of whack at least the last 6 months. I’ve been on multiple kinds of birth control throughout 10 years, trying continuously and not. I eventually landed back on monthly periods due to breakthrough bleeding.
It’s been 2 years and I am now consistently getting my “period” the week before my blank pills. It’s either 3 days of normal period or spotting that lasts until the final days of the blank pills.
The only time a month I actually feel “normal” is on the blank pills. Dr told me to try taking current birth control continuously but I’m honestly not convinced that’s going to help if my hormones are all over the place which it feels they are.
I’m constantly mood

I’m trying to track my symptoms and cycle to see what’s going on, but I don’t even know when I should be saying I’m on a period because it feels like I’m never having a full period but ALWAYS experiencing pms symptoms.

September
Lower back / Hips felt fine one day and very tight and stiff the next- always been a problem directly around the timing of period but hasn’t gone away this time.
Left outside of thigh feels like it has a huge bruise, tender to touch but nothing visually there.
Now has changed to right side sciatic like pain in lower back buttock.
Sometimes 9/10 DEEP cramps in lower back and abdomen. Motrin helps slightly for about 4 hours otherwise nothing helps the pain. Literally feels like I am contracting to try to ease the pain, takes my breathe away, makes me cry 9/10 pain/discomfort. makes me keel over in pain.
2 week period, started 1 week before blank pills and just kept g
Now maybe this is purely just a relationship problem, but I think it’s a relationship problem caused by this damn disease.
For reference we have been together 10 years and I have had symptoms of endo for 13 years probably.
I’m in a bad flare for the last at least 6 months. The back pain. The fatigue. The brain fog. The feeling of carrying 5 pounds of marbles in my uterus. The depression because i feel guilty and lazy. The ultrasounds that always come back normal. Trying different birth controls until i inevitably face all the side effects. It’s honestly making me depressed which is probably half my issue.
SO told me yesterday that im lazy. I do literally all the house work and meal plan
I’ve finally noticed a trend. Oral birth control works enough to manage symptoms for about a year give or take. Then the pain comes back. Then the breakthrough bleeding happens.
I honestly am at my wits end of what to do. And surely I’m running out of oral options.
I will not get an IUD and don’t think I like the idea of the depo. What other options are there even?
Art knapps, olleks, Home Depot ….
I’m wanting to start thinking about starting my flower pots. Where is the best bang for your buck in town?
Truly at my wits end. Finally got in to see a gynaecologist and she recommended trying a different birth controls even after explaining to her I have tried multiple over the course of 10 years and the pain always returns.
I also can’t take being in pain for 2 weeks, every 2 weeks. It’s effecting my mental health at this point and my period itself causes enough hormonal problems.
I have been on different types of oral birth control for 10-15 years. I’ve tried continuous birth control and only gained a bunch of weight, tons of anxiety and no periods.
I honestly feel like the only next option is to stop birth control all together and see how I react to that. I’m currently getting my perio
Where do you ladies buy your clothing now a days? I’ve been to nearly every store in town and the fashion these days is awful!!
For reference, age range 28-32, pear shaped body type, size M-L, large bust. Everything is designed for those size xxs / small with no chest. I’m contemplating going to Kelowna or online route but don’t want to waste a trip to Kelowna if clothing is going to be the same.
Not sure you can even label half the women’s tops as tops!
There are SO many options I am overwhelmed. I’m using design space and unless there’s an easier/better design area I’d prefer to keep learning here.
But I don’t know what to make. I got tons of vinyl and some wooden coasters. But I don’t know what else!
