Is there a ratio you aim for? obviously some bros are going to be more specialized than others but I'm just curious as to whether people even pay attention to this stat.

Personally I love hovering over a guy and marveling at him basically averaging three kills a battle while my Sgt is only pulling like .7 but, ya know, he's my sergeant.

Would love to see thoughts.
