Hi, I have a question in relation to this: https://www.canntrustsecuritiessettlement.ca/
The website I was previously referring to (https://www.strosbergco.com/class-actions/canntrust/) is now pointing to the new settlement website.
My question is, if I bought the stock on the TSX under CUSIP 137800207, can I still submit a claim? My confusion stems from the fact that the claim forms states CUSIP 136635109 in bold. However, on their FAQ page it states the Canadian CUSIP 137800207.
Thanks in advance for the help!
edit: I striked out a word.
Pertains to this news: https://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/canntrust-enters-pact-to-settle-class-action-lawsuits-from-illicit-production-scandal-1.1551427
Is it still possible to put my name on a class action when it has already settled according to the news article? I didn't actually know there was a class action lawsuit against the company and I did lose money as an investor during the timeframe of: June 2018 and Sept. 17, 2019
Thanks
Number of Trading Halts in a trading session due to volatility:
- Canopy Growth: 5 (Nov 16, 2016)
- Tilray:
45 (Sept 19, 2018) - Aphria: 4 (Nov 16, 2016)
- Aurora: 3 (Nov 16, 2016)
This is deja vu. Eerily enough, they both happened on a Wednesday.
edit: I went to double check Nasdaq halt history website, it's five. Sorry for the misleading title
