I just fired up Big Picture Mode for the first time in years to get a bit of a preview of what SteamOS is going to be like and found out that the music player is gone.

Does Valve think that the ability to play media is somehow not a useful feature to have in an operating system? Especially one on a machine that plugs into a living room TV?

And I know they had it. I helped beta test it pretty extensively when they first introduced it, and it was a pretty good experience. Being able to play music while gaming or web browsing and being able to control it by summoning the overlay was pretty useful on both keyboard/mouse and on controller.

I ended up relying on other more feature-rich media pl

So when you try to cancel a subscription, it first takes you through a redirect that has a tendency to have "something go wrong" and not take you to the cancellation page.

When you do get there, you click the "Cancel" button plain and mostly center in the page, which is fine. (image 1)

Then, it takes you to another page where it expects you to click cancel again only this time, they put it all the way at the bottom of the page, put it inside of a box that looks like it is only showcasing roadmap content, and they made it a plain white, page-spanning link that looks a lot less like the first "Cancel" button and is ver

Hello, I am having trouble with my thermostat.

I have not done anything to this since moving in aside from replacing the batteries, so how it is is how it was. It worked for the last 5 or so years.

Using the switch to change between heating, neutral, and cooling modes currently does nothing. Prior to beginning troubleshooting, the heating and neutral modes both displayed the heating mode, while the cooling mode displayed as the neutral mode. Now, all three display as the heating mode.

As expected, the AC is not kicking on, so I do not think this is merely a display issue. My guess is that the switch itself is the problem, pos

Fair warning, I'm mostly a OSRS player.

However, I was enjoying playing RS3 for a while. I just used the legacy combat mode and interface and basically set it up to be comfy for me. I'm not really into combat so much so I was fine being kind of locked out of some of that stuff.

However, now the legacy interface is gone. The closest thing left is this weird mode where resources are in a center bar instead of the minimap orbs, but there are still other minimap orbs? I don't get it.

It also does this weird thing where you can have two UI panes open - inventory and then one other. It feels really unintuitive and I don't like it despite trying to get used to it. I wish this could be toggled to

I just fired up the game because I heard they finally added my favorite Pokemon. I played a little bit back on release, but I wanted to put it off until they added a Pokemon I really truly wanted to main.

So I fire the game up after a long double update process. I have to dismiss like 10 screens just to get to the main menu (which is a pain to navigate) and go to the shop to see what I will need to do to unlock, only for Vaporeon to not be in the list, but a cosmetic item for it is.

So I had no idea where the unlock for the actual Pokemon was. I had to go through like 3 submenus off of that cosmetic item to get to some thing that had me roll a dice. I rolled a 1 and then it told me to buy
