Usually my asthma symptoms are basically non existent I have inhalers and I use them maybe less than 5 times a year, however recently I've caught the flu and my lungs are just not working like they usually do. After doing any light exercise my chest gets tight and I start coughing loads. My chest is very tight with loads of mucus at the moment! Is there anything I can do to help prevent this in the future?
