I am learning that my OneNote/Outlook flagging that has worked for so long is less optimal. We have a ticket system which I have built a pre-sales board, but I feel like I am missing an unknown software solution or workflow.

Hi. Engineer of 19 years, Sales Engineer of 1 month. Big shift and learning so much here. Thank you. I have seen some sale people make huge spiff commissions or whatever you want to call a spiff. If you are part of VAR or MSP how do you keep updated on the current spiffs? usually we will get a quarterly briefing from vendors but I feel like this is more untapped part of the role and someone smarter than me has probably created some ai based thingy that tracks them for you. Or is this my million dollar idea I just gave away? Thanks!
Hi. What's are all you doing for your mom's this weekend? Looking for fresh ideas. Also including two kids 6 and under. We have done all the museums and are members of all the things related to kids. All the tourist things done as well.

Car was overheating. Pulled over and a couple minutes later it was flames under the hood. 15 minutes later and 1 fire truck later it was gone. Lost the $2k I was going to get. Loved my outback and it gave me everything it could. Not sure what caused the fire. Anyone been through this process before? Waiting on my claim.
