Despite not having done a pull-up, playing sports has kept me relatively in shape. however, none of that is outwardly visible. I want to change that by first losing a bit of excess fat and then build up a bit of arm muscle, develop abs, and also develop an exercise routine that'll make sure i'm in great shape for a long, long time. Is this routine that I cooked up with the help of chatgpt alright? I know next to nothing about working out and wanted something to build off of. How many days would it take to start seeing visible gains so that I know I'm doing things right, and what changes would you make now and in the future as I progress. No equipment at all if possible please. When I say
wheeeeeeeeeeww
u/wheeeeeeeeeeww
What should we fill in r/o blank? Full address or just state and city?
Should it be a new picture with white background? The same picture as aadhaar/passport?
Should the principal sign twice? Once in the blank, once on the photograph?
Reading has always been something fun for me, and while i'm not looking to change that, I'm trying to read more critically and actively and remember what i read for more than a week. Give me suggestions from any genre and any time period and even translated works.
I've taken it upon myself to start watching media more actively instead of it being an accompaniment to something i'm doing on the side. Give me recommendations from any genre and any level of popularity (from the most popular to the most under the radar shows). Can even be in another language.
I'm looking to connect with indian cinema as I don't get a vast majority of the references to hindi movies and/or series due to me not watching barely any indian movies. I'm looking to fix that. Recommend me movies from india, any language, and they can be a mix of the critically acclaimed and the over-produced popcorn flicks that have a bit of a reputation. I want to experience it all
I'm looking to diversify my tastes and start consuming media as a whole more critically and actively in order to build an opinion of my own. So, i've created a letterboxd account and want to fill out the "to watch" section. Recommendations from any genre, any time period and any language even would be appreciated. Assume i haven't watched any movies and am "starting from scratch". The recommendations can be as obvious or as under the radar as you want
