Doing an eradicate mission and the orbital railcannon doesn’t prioritize the vox engines over other bots. What’s going on?

After taking the planet then almost defending the planet to now taking the planet again. It is appreciated.
52k players on the planet and not a positive planetary liberation. 27k players in the megafactory with a plus 2.2% liberation rate. Seems like the 25k players need to move to the mega factory to do anything to support the MO. I feel high command should be a little or anything to tell the community this.
We need a little bump to our net and it would liberate 3 planets each.
If we have a limited number of reinforcements for a MO. Why are we allowed to waste millions of Helldivers on planets that we aren’t fighting to take? Seems like a mechanic designed to fail.
Before cyberstan there were maybe 35-40K players active on average and I believe cyberstan peaked at just over 300k player count. But we have a limit of 250 million divers across the galaxy. New players new warbond, non mo divers, and increased difficulty all burning through those reinforcements. Then the liberation rate is set at a percentage of players and at 6%+ on most MO worlds/cities yet the player base is always seems to be split ~20% bug ~2% squid and ~5% non mo bot planets. And then on cyberstan or a planet that we weren’t going to take it seems another ~15% of the player count is diving on leaves just 55-60% of players actually fighting to “liberate” cyberstan. Earning a 4-6% r
