Hi,

I was wondering if anyone would mind doing a quick accuracy/fact check and code review of my thread pool implementation for a new blog post. I've tested the code itself, so know it compiles and executes appropriately, but wanted to be sure there's nothing completely awful or incorrect that I'm doing in my implementation before I open the post publicly and spread misinformation.

The post can be found here, and the password is "threadpool" without quotes.

If this isn't an appropriate sub for this, let me know and I will delete this post.

Thanks!

Edit 1: Just dropping in real quick to say thank you to ever

Basically, I've been using Fedora, OpenSUSE, and/or Ubuntu for the past several years (I switch every now and then) and while these are great for getting up and running quickly and doing what I need to do (mainly development) I feel like I've never really learned the true ins and outs of Linux. I've narrowed my choice down to Slackware and Arch but am stuck trying to decide between them. Any useful suggestions?

There's a site somewhere that has a bunch of programming exercises (around 200 or maybe more) that can be completed in any language. I'm trying to dust off my python skills and wanted to go through some of the exercises, but am unable to find it. I've googled 'programming exercises' and a couple of variations but haven't been able to find it. Anyone have any idea what site I'm talking about?
