I am a 28-year-old woman who is married to a 29-year-old man.

Last night I had a dream I was about to have sex with an evil wizard then I remembered I'm married to my husband and I woke up.

When I went back to sleep there was a time skip and I had forgotten about my real life husband again and I was pregnant with the evil wizard's baby and he was going to sacrifice it in an evil ritual to make himself stronger and I was on board with this.

I read this around 2007-2010.

There are two main characters. One of them is a human-looking teenage girl on an alien planet. Her people have a job role called "dream weavers" or "dream walkers" or something similar, who provide psychotherapy through patients' dreams. They're only allowed to do it with the patient's consent. They can also see auras. The main character is training to become one. Her brother's aura is red, which means he is very angry. She goes into his dream without his consent. He notices, becomes violent, and is exiled to a place where they send violent members of society. The other main character is a human teenage boy in cryosleep in a human interstellar ship. The girl ch

I think it's a series of three books. I read it in the 2000s but I think it's older than that.

The main character is a boy who lives in a village in a pre-electricity society. In the first book he meets a wizard(?) who offers him three wishes. He donates one wish each to his two friends. One friend asks for shapeshifting. Another wish is flying, although I don't remember whether that's the main character's wish or his other friend's wish. I think the shapeshifting friend turns evil? But he's good again at the end. At the end of the first book the wizard transfers all the powers to the main character because they were supposed to be his wishes in the first place.

Also the wizard has a magic

I own a house freehold, but there is a rentcharge that is not registered with the Land Registry. The definition given to me is:

A rentcharge is an annual sum paid by the owner of freehold land to another person who has no other legal interest in the land. The person who receives payment of the rentcharge is known as the 'rentowner'.

My conveyancer told me there was a rentcharge, the previous freeholder told me he had been paying rent, and I was given a copy of an email from the rentowner to the previous freeholder confirming payment of 2018's rent.

I was not given any evidence that the rentcharge on my property is legitimate. I am satisfied that the supposed rentowner is a real compan

If a tenancy agreement states that the tenant has an allocated parking space, is the landlord allowed to place restrictions on said parking space? For example, if the tenant does not own a car can they allow a friend to use the parking space for free? Does the landlord have any right to forbid this or to issue a private parking ticket to the owner of the car, given that the tenant pays for the space as part of their tenancy? Sources would be helpful. Thanks.
