I work in the office 3x a week and get really upset when I see how red my face is and the rashes on my neck when I use the bathroom at work (flaring rn and trying new meds) so want products Recs that significantly reduces the appearance of the redness and rashes so I feel less shitty about myself 🫠. currently I’m being triggered multiple times a day 3x a week whenever I use the bathrm bc of my office schedule 🫠.

other info for context: can’t use steroids on my face and stuff while I wait for the meds to hopefully kick in bc I’m allergic to an ingredients thats in a lot of them (propylene glycol) so the redness and rashes will be on my face and neck for a while. trying a non steroid cream th

did cibinquo work? if so how long did it take to clear the rashes? (2 wks, a month etc) I was on rinvoq 30 mg but it’s lost some effectiveness the past few months and the eczema has spread and is on over half my body now 🫠. my derm is having me try cibinquo to see if it works better.

it would also be helpful if you could list any other creams you were/are using alongside the cibinquo. (for context I also prev tried Dupxient which worked for a few yrs but I lost access to it due to insurance issues (cries in American 💀) and by the time I got back on it stopped working as well which is why I switched to rinvoq smh.

wondering if it made a meaningful difference in your eczema symptoms. it would also be helpful if you could list any eczema meds you were taking when you were doing the shots as well. the shots are a multi year process so wondering if it’s worth it. TIA!

wanted to know if anyone was or is her patient esp if you were working full time with having to go to the office some of the time each week and what your experience working with her was like. what was your protocol like? what did you try in terms of western med before seeing her? how long did you see her for and how much did it cost on avg? TIA!

Hi everyone! Wanted to see if anyone has a rec for the above. For context, I’ve had eczema (chronic skin illness) since I was an kid and have exhausted many of the conventional treatment options (Dupixent, Rinvoq, etc.) without enough relief. The meds I’m currently on has been losing effectiveness the last few months, so I’m doing research into complementary/alternative treatments and providers.

I’m looking for someone with western medical training (MD/DO/NP/PA etc) as well as integrative/alternative medical training since the meds I’m currently on requires monitoring. looking for someone who can look at things from both sides rather than someone who only practices alternative meds.
