Ive been having an issue with drastically reduced prices as I sell loads of silage that I am fairly certain hasn't happened before while selling the same amount.

They're all 100% fermented, 5500l bales and the price should be at $219 per, generally selling at about 29k/ld of 24. I know prices can change as you sell a lot, but I'm barely getting to 4 loads before the price is going down to $22k/ld instead of the 29k I was getting.

Lo and behold, there is a loan app that has been approved in the system (customer didn't mention this) and they need to come sign off on everything. Call me crazy, but I dont think the person who's job performance is based on loan approvals is going through the whole loan approval process and then deciding they don't feel like leaving a 5-10 second voicemail to seal the deal.

Constant outages and issues (first Cacao, now neutral), complete rework of the rewards system and constantly increasing prices - seemingly every time I need a replacement.

I just went to swap out my subscription from powder to complete due to the production issues and the complete meals have gone up by almost $10/12-pack since looking at the prices when the email went out. I'd have to spend basically twice as much to get the same amount in complete or drink chocolate drink for the next month. Ridiculous.

Seems to me they should have just sent me the same amount in complete and eat the cost, considering this is on them. "Were just as surprised as you!" is such a cop-out.

Customer Support is useless. They keep telling me the tracking information is wrong because it was created and then never scanned, so neither customer support nor the form submission on the website will let me file a claim. The kicker is that this was picked up by our courier at work and I saw them picking up the package.

I decided the next step would be to file a complaint against the courier - but support is now telling me the only way to so this is to go to a physical UPS store location? This is a little ridiculous.
