I got an ACD due of 7k in current months bill. But I'm staying in rented apartment. Who should be liable to pay the ACD due? The tenant or the landlord as this advance would be there until the connection exists and we won't be staying that long in this apartment. There's no mention of ACD in the agreement and my landlord isn't replying to my texts or calls. Should I pay the bill now and hold on to rent for the next month?

Anyone else faced similar issue?
