I have a preinjury, an ACL tear and a complex knee injury from around 2023 so i dont know if these are connected. I have a weird pain that starts in my lower back and travels down the right side of me right leg. Its not super bad as some experience here, the tingling is more annoying to me. The pain scale on bad days in 3-4/10 with peaks of maybe 5/10.

I never need pain medication.

But its just annoying. I was at the doctors office last year, they gave me a quick scan and said everything looks fine and to do physio. I requested an mri and they refused it saying it would not change the therapy.

The physio was weird on some days it seemed to make it worse, sometimes it seemed to help?

Together for 5 1/2 years, but for around 2 years i was complaining about being unhappy. I KNOW i should have left and i know that i did not do it because i am weak, could not imagine a life without him and thought that i owned him a lot because he was always there for me.

I was unhappy because we had barely any sex, he was never initiating, no date ideas from his side, no dates the relationship at that point was horrible. I mentioned wanting to open the relationship, he didnt want it. I mentioned being unhappy, threatened to break up but didnt and cheated. i told him about the cheating and while he was ready to reconcile, i was not and broke up.

We kept contact and 6 months later we are ba

Our flight schedule changed its 2h 35min layover to 10 hours, which normally would be no problem as we would just leave the airport, but we are two girls traveling together and arrive at midnight, so wandering around in dubai is no option and we really want to get some sleep before continuing our trip with another flight. What are our chances with getting dubai connect and a paid hotel? Does not have to be anything fancy but it would be great to not leave the airport and take a shower maybe. Right now i cant reach them via chat and while i could make a call i prefer to wait for the chat option with english not being my first language.

Hey guys 😄 Its my first trip to Asia and i am really struggling what to prioritize for Indonesia. We are both student, the budget for the whole trip is 1500 Euro per person not included the flight to Singapur (starting point) from Home and Back which is already paid and the Hotel in Singapur aswell.

We will arrive in Singapur and stay there for 2 nights. Now here we were struggling if we should do Yogyakarta for a few days and take the bus down direction Bali, then stay in Bali a bit and fly back to Singapur a night before our flight back.

We have exactly 17 days (not counting the travel days) and originally i wanted to see Orang Utans but flying from Medan to Yogyakarta/Bali seems co

In May i was flying alone, short-haul flight Vienna-Berlin and back and it was amazing. I had no fear at all, i even enjoyed the start.
But in july i will be flying to Indonesia with a stop in Dubai (I booked the flight literally 1 week before the attacks) and now i literally cant tell if its my fear off flying or if its really unsafe and i should not fly there with that layover. Friends booked their flight a week later and took the route via istanbul because they did not feel comfortable. I know pilots dont fly if they dont feel its save and i trust Emirates and i know it has great reputation. But sitations like the MH17 flight freak me out and yeah, i just wanna here if its save from so

Six months ago, I was studying for an exam and spent a lot of time sitting. During that time, I noticed pain on the side of my right thigh and hip whenever I stood up from a seated position. Since it only occurred then, I didn’t think much of it.
Soon after, I started experiencing pain when crossing my right leg over the left, especially on the side of the thigh. I suspected it might be the tensor fasciae latae muscle and began physiotherapy. However, that didn’t improve things.
Over the past one to two months, the pain has gotten worse. An X-ray of the hip and lumbar spine was unremarkable except for a slight left-convex scoliosis and a CCE angle of 21 degrees.
For the past month, I’v

So I had a really rough PCOS journey. Very high DHEAS (>1000), doctors freaking out that it could be a tumor. Ultrasounds, MRIs of the ovaries, MRI of the adrenal gland. Doctors saying the MRI looks fine, one doctor saying he could see something that might be something. Follow-up MRI a few months later—now everyone is confident the MRIs look fine. Ultrasound a year later just to be sure everything is fine and I'm not dying. Everything fine.

They put me on Metformin, which finally brought the DHEAS and testosterone down and helped my cycle to normalize—but also felt like going through puberty at 26, because for the first time in my life, my female hormones were ruling my body. I started cari
