@ Mods: I didn't want to put it in the Q&A, because I hoped to gather more feedback. Feel free to delete if it violates any rule. Thanks in advance. (I also coudn't find a better tag, so I just put 'discussion'. Sorry.)

During the day, we have two accounts trading between each other. I used all 2 years old pokemons and out of 102 trades, we got 31 lucky, which is an expected outcome (30% for 2 years combined). We weren't going to do more, because kids don't care about it (which means it would have to be me doing it for them but I was also tired after my own 102 trades).

Shortly after 8PM, however, I decided to give it a go anyway, so I traded between the other two accounts. It look

Hello, kind Chicagoans!

We will arrive at Chicago tomorrow (Wednesday) likely in the evening and stay in Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago North Shore Deerfield. On Thursday (7/24), we need to be at University of Chicago before 2PM. We have been to Chicago once before (15 years ago) and the not-so-great experience of driving in downtown Chicago still traumatizes me till today, so most likely this time we will just park our car in the hotel all the time while we are there.

What is the best way to get to UChicago by public transportation? We have nothing scheduled for the entire morning by the way, and can leave as early or as late as we need, as long as we get to UChicago on time. I was goi

We will drive past Williamsville tomorrow (Friday, 7/11) evening (5 or 6pm) and we are thinking if we should spend 30 minutes driving up to the Niagara Falls (NY side) and do some quick touring. We don’t plan to do much at all—just to perhaps walk around a bit and take a few photos. We will have up to 2 hours (of course, not that extremely strict) and then we will head back south.

Any suggestions (e.g. where to park)? We have two adults and two kids by the way.

I purchased a Go Fest ticket this year. However, after having played 5 years, I am feeling more and more of a chore playing and taking care of the other accounts for my kids, so there is a possibility that I may just quit.

Out of sheer curiosity, does anybody know if I can get a refund for the ticket I bought? Or, is it possible that I can give the ticket to a friend? (I know that when we buy a ticket, we can buy it for a friend, but that's not my case. When I bought it, it was for myself and I can see the ticket in my item bag.)

Thanks!

I have recently downloaded Campfire and have two questions:

  1. Is there any way that we can sort all friends by the date that we become friends?

  2. Is there any way that we can rename (nickname) the friends? There are some friends that have different names from PoGo, and I would like to rename them.

Thanks!

I hope that this is not an inappropriate post for this sub. If so, please accept my apology and I will remove it (or, mods please remove it for me.) This isn't a rant or complaint. It is a sincere question.

I recently started a (perhaps, way too) ambitious project trying to collect a postcard from around the world. I have quite aggressively sent out requests and have so far made some progress. I have completed all 50 US states + DC; Canadian provinces and territories aren't completed yet, but it is the world project that's still missing many: 74 so far (not great, but still very proud).

I plan to make another big post to ask for help (in a few weeks, when I clean up stuff and ge

I plan to make another big post to ask for help (in a few weeks, when I clean up stuff and get ready); however, this post is not for that. In the past few weeks, I noticed that Saudi Arabia and Russia stood out in my pursuit. For Russia, many players who claim to be there aren't (I found that many are from New

This lady (VonnCC, Valor, from Puebla, Mexico) became friend with me earlier today, didn't send a gift (which is totally fine); I sent one over. A few hours later, she opened the gift, and sent me a gift. Within seconds (literally--because I was in the game and on the overworld map and saw the notification. I clicked on the notification which took me to her gift; I tried to pin the postcard, "error"; I tried to open the gift, "error".

That's weird, I said to myself. I thought that it is a network issue. I got out, and went back in the friend list. The "friend" was gone. All happened within a matter of seconds, so I suppose that she just opened the gift, sent one, deleted the friend.

I am collecting postcards from around the world. Anyone can make a recommendation on an APP that can help store, organize and display my collection? I know that there is one for iPhone but I use Android.

Thanks!

Have you noticed that your postcard book is filling up slowly despite that you are careful with pinning and unpinning all postcards?

I decided to test it out yesterday and today on all 6 accounts that we have, and this is what I found:

  1. The 'pin then unpin' does work on all received gifts as intended.

  2. When it comes to outgoing gifts, the 'pin then unpin' works only on the first three gifts (that count towards your Vivillon progress), as intended. After three, every single postcard will stay in your postcard book, even though the message says that it has been "removed from your postcard book" with your unpinning. (Yes, there is no point pinning them in the first place, but I have

I just started a rather ambitious project: collecting a postcard from each of all 50 US states, all 10 Canadian provinces, and all countries in the world (I know that last part is a huge challenge). At this point, I have already had about 24 US states (plus D.C.), 3 Canadian provinces, and 24 other countries. (I have a spreadsheet keeping track of my progress, but don't know an easy way to show it here on Reddit.)

If you like to help, please add me as your friend and send me a gift. I will open it and send one back (I am in Ohio and "modern" region). Feel free to remove me from your friend list after you get the gift/pin/XP. I hope that you will not feel offended by this request (i.e. short
