So I want to buy a Smartring, I looked at Oura but I don't want a monthly payment just to check my health. I have a Pacemaker and my heart does crazy stuff sometimes so I want to track this to (hopefully) calm myself down, especially at night - what ring would you suggest? Thin design, Sleep tracking, etc.
