Found the waterfall today on accident and got that one there are a few more now “let’s get party started” and “sky piercer” any idea on how to get those ?

You know, the Superbowl, New Years Eve in Time Square, events at Madison Square Gardens. When they drop insane amounts of confetti. First of all how much did that cost? What happens to it after? Does it get recycled? It seems like a huge waste to me.

Ok so, I live in Ohio now and can't live without heat in my car, I received my new heater core today and will be replacing it tomorrow. I have never done this before and ... I am going to try to make some tandoori tofu tomorrow, I am still trying to figure out how I am going to do it, Had anyone had experience dry baking tofu? DO you think I should fry it first? I will post pics when I am done of course.

Ok guys I know this is not much to go on but I have been going crazy trying to remember it. There was a music video all over MTV and VH1 in the mid to late 90's time frame, I cant remember the name of the artist but he had a sound a bit like Dwight Yoakam,only, you know rockier, The video these had a playing card feeling. The artist wore a cowboy hat over his face... thats all I can really remember. Im pretty sure it wasn't Dwight though.

I have never had any falafel I enjoyed, I am however an accomplished chef, though I have never had the need to make any falafel. So tomorrow, I am going to try and make it, if it sucks I will never make it again. I am giving falafel one last try, I am looking for any tried and true recipes ( because any random recipe I am sure can find online), or tips regarding this particular dish. SO whats the secret? or is it that falafel just sucks?

I was just wondering about how they make a few things, like veganaise, or vegan cheese. I know how tofu and most faux meats are made, but as a former chef I always made my own mayo, so the vegan stuff is creepy to me, I was wondering if anyone ever found any make your own veganaise recipes?

I am starting to get where I cant handle the thought of eggs anymore.
