After special teams (kickers/returners/snappers) go out and warm up, the rest of our team comes out and we do a dynamic warmup and stretch in lines, finishing with team jumping jacks and a break.

We move right into individual D (5 min) > Team D (5 min) > then Individual O (5 min) > Team O (5 min).

For the Individual O period it always seems like I’m getting cut off mid drill. I’m curious what you guys are doing for the pre game warm up. I have oline and the TEs come over.

My current routine is:
- (1) inside (L/R) and outside (L/R) footwork through about 5 yards. I do this with both lines and the second line fills in with about 8 people.
- (2) fit and finish (L/R) - two lines but

Need help between these options. First year in playoffs at semi finals. Woody is hurt but ranked higher against LV. Gainwell against the Lions and I’m assuming the Steelers will need to keep pumping points to keep up with the Lions Offense. Which way would you lean?

I have Hunter Henry and not seeing as much production that I’d like at the position.

Do either of these players add better upside ROS over Henry?

TJ Hockenson; Zach Ertz; or Oronde Gadsden II

PPR league.

Allen on Bye. Need a spot fill QB.

:NFL: Player Discussion

I have Kyler Murray currently slotted in but concerned he may sit another week through his bye.

Here’s who is available (PPR 12 man) - Jaxson Dart, Michael Penix, Spencer Rattler, Geno Smith, and JJ McCarthy.

I’m leaning Dart on the tough matchup due to upside. Looking for some confirmation bias. Thank you!

Stepson Pickup

Advice Request

So my wife and I are married with two kids (4 months & 22 months). Wife also has a 14 year old son who is my stepson that lives with his father in another state.

Over the past two years myself or my FIL have either flown across country to pick up my stepson and fly back, fly across country to drop off my stepson and fly back, or now we do unaccompanied minor and either my FIL or myself have been the pickup and drop off person. Prior to our kids, wife would always make the trip herself or we’d go together. We’ve made the decision together for her hang back on the pickup or drop off portion over the last two years because she’s either been super pregnant and/or the babies having been so youn

Son has gotten into yelling loud “ahhhhs”. At dinner he will do the blubber thing with his lips like a car sound and ahh at the end. “BbbbbbbbbbbAHHHHHHH”. Or just simply yell AHHHH. I’m not sure what to do - I tell him to use his inside voice and not yell. He seems to do it more often right as his sister starts dozing off. She already doesn’t nap well during the day. This evening my wife and I tried to grab dinner out. We’re sitting on a patio and feeding my son. Daughter was content but starts getting fussy so my wife stands up and rocks the baby while taking bites. Baby starts to doze off and wife sits down. Son yells “AHHhHH”. This scares my daughter and wakes her up. We tell him that’s

Sleep Training 1yo

Advice Request

Hi Dads -

Looking for some advice or encouragement on how I can help support my wife and son through sleep training. Here’s the details:

Son has been nursed and safely co-slept since a few days after birth. We are expecting a little girl now and are in the second trimester. Momma needs rest. Son is 13 months and we started the transition off of nursing but he still does it to soothe and also fall asleep. It’s a routine. We’ve gotten him to fall asleep after his bath and bottle now with his mom and she’ll put him to bed in his crib. Then we struggle all night with him waking and needing to be put back down. Sometimes we’ve caved and just brought him into our bed again because we’re needing

Original post at bottom..

Holy moly guys our son went TWELVE (12) days without pooping and he finally just went. Doc told us it’s not unnatural for breastfed baby to go this long but that was at 8 days. He prescribed a suppository but we never gave it to him - just let nature do it’s course. Son was never in any discomfort that we could tell. Let me tell you about this poop - it was massive. Wife came out the room all happy to tell me about him pooping and said I had to change this one. She handed me our son and it was all the way across her forearm - she had no idea and the look she had is cemented into my brain. Unsure how it went through his onesie and pants. The poop was so pasty and of

Son won’t poop

Advice Request

Title says it all. It’s been a week now maybe 8 days since he last pooped. He’s about to be 5 months old and is nursed. Literally feel so bad for him but he has shown zero signs of discomfort. He just keeps nursing and adding onto it. Plenty of wet diapers. At this point I’d 100% be okay if he blows out all over himself ruining clothes and even me for that matter just as long as he goes. We’ve tried warm baths, massaging his belly and around the butt hole, bicycles, etc. Going to call the doc tomorrow to get seen if he doesn’t poop between now and then. Only difference in routine over this time period is the tasting of puréed pears and prunes but even that’s been a few days ago. I am hoping
