What is the context/reasons behind it all?

Ideally the games have a time limit

Mine would be: position before submission

Mine would be: endeavour to have your pieces controlling as much territory as possible

I'm sick of all the hype/bulshit fads etc.

Can anybody link me any study's that discuss the link (if any) between regular exercise (cardio/weights/both) and morning energy levels?
